i alwasy dream of be a good counsellor and therapist.
this had been my dream since i have past history and "episode" with mentally illness cases.
u know, people have so many story, i am not expected to become a counsellor during high school time. i think i might become ordinary people who work with data, machine or even research.
yet, i get the offer from goverment local university and i found my destiny there. counselling make me change and gifted me a new platform in dealing my life, and surrounding.

yes, now i am directing to the creative arts, the sandplay in doing my traditional counselling.
this is my workplace, which i had put my own effort to purcahse the miniatures and create my own sand tray for learning purposes.
i m so glad that Alex start to call for class and workshop here in penang.
for all the toold i had put in, i m using for the benefit for client without charding. because my company pay me for doing counseling and psychologu work.
though i had made investment for much, but i think i am satisfy with i had get. my friend tell me :" i ling,u r too much! r u crazy? buying this kind of stuff using ur own money?”
i don't really border much, as long as i like and be happy, affordable, y not?
though is a bit hard, but i will stand.
till i cannot stand, i will go off... that's it.

I Ling I'm in a similar position. For four years now my school has wanted me to do a job as a learning support teacher [ screening for learning difficulties and writing support and intervention programmes]but because they also knew I had a background in therapy before I became a teacher they also wanted me to work with kids in crisis. It was a way for them to meet these specialised needs without having to pay the salary of a school counsellor as well the one for the LS Teacher. Of course there was no resources budget or even a space to work in, so I began by huddling in corners of the corridors as far away from classrooms as possible to talk quietly with children and glared at anyone walking by so they would get the message not to interrupt us! Any resources I had I bought from my own money too. Now I am moving into doing this job formally and finally have a private room to work in [YAAY!] but limited budget to buy equipment. So I'll see you in the toy shops!!! Keep me posted if you have any favourite places to find small things cheaply :)

My small object some of it was donated by my Boy friend who is giving me support via his action and some of my clients. if i do find a small object which is cheap in toys shop, for sure will knock u up.
